Midi Dress | A Ploy of Feminity

Looks | March 10, 2016 | By

An intelligent woman of today lives to rise above the mundane. She finds definitive passion in everything she does and with her magic wand creates her own space. This story depicts a woman who is invisibly leading from the front, yet is the coolest girl in her gang.

I would imagine that such a woman would wear uber-original outfits.  This A-line dress which many will confuse as a ‘Kurta’ is an easy look designed by Indibox, in the collection “Happy Hands”. I was told that this is a best-seller from Indibox’s summer range and after wearing it I can understand why. The dress is made to fit for occasions ranging from a formal to a casual brunch meet. The complicated hand-block printed pattern is unique, the fit & flare silhouette makes it comfortable while the cotton fabric makes it ideal for summers. wm5

I have styled this dress with red pumps that add just a bit of pop and to balance this I added a neutral-colored structured bag. Layering the dress with a navy-blue blazer helps me to portray a formal feel. Alternatively you can wear beige or tan colored slip-ons rather than heels, add a scarf or some jewelry and have fun.

You can buy this dress at Indibox online store here.

Sometime back, we had styled a few more summer dresses from Indibox “Indigo Infinity” collection which have complete summery-touristy feel. See those looks here – Hello Sunshine.
